Right Yaaa Wrong Review

Whether watching RIGHT YAAA WRONG will be a right or wrong decision? Looking at the ' no superstar' cast, promos of the film and ongoing IPL cricket matches, one might sideline the idea of getting into theaters to catch the thriller. But you are ' wrong' because RIGHT YAAA WRONG is a rather an intelligent drama. Interestingly, Sunny Deol is once again in a solid role. He was once an A-lister but thanks to choice of films he made in the past, he was in oblivion.

Don' t judge the film by its trailers. Rather the promos have not done justice to the film. Though the film may look plain in the beginning, it becomes much interesting in the second half. It is beautifully intervened with gripping thriller and the intelligent courtroom sequences. RIGHT YAAA WRONG is a film of conflict of two thick friends and to narrate such a story is not an easy task, especially in the climax, when a one has to justify both points of view.

Ajay (Sunny Deol), is a cop and his best friend in another cop Vinay (Irrfan Khan). Everything looks fine in the beginning, until Ajay wants his wife (Eesha Koppikhar) to kill him. Whether she agrees to kill him? Or you may want to know, why he wants to get killed? Or what leads two best friends on two different paths?

Well the intense rivalry between them makes them fight against each other to prove their supremacy over each other. The story becomes more interesting when Vidya (Konkona Sen Sharma), Vinay' s sister, steps in and decides to take the side of Ajay, while Vinay keeps fighting on his own.

Director Neerraj Pathak has proved his potential with the film. The interval is a shocker, while the post interval sequences are mind blowing, especially the courtroom drama and then the finale is simply fascinating.

Director Neerraj Pathak who earlier had penned scripts for films like GHAATH, PARDES and APNE, has now proved his potential as a efficient storyteller. Monty Sharma' s compositions are ok. However, some songs don' t seem to be in flow with the film theme.

Talking about the performances by lead actors, Sunny Deol has played his role beautifully. However, the one who stole the whole limelight is Irrfan Khan, especially in the second half. Konkona Sen Sharma is great, as usual. Eesha Koppikhar also is in top form in the film. Arav Chowdharry' s (Who played Sunny' s brother) performance is convincing too.

To conclude, RIGHT YAAA WRONG has got all that keeps you thrilled and entertained right to the end. Its second part is a completely shock, which will be a delight to experience the unexpected before. All in all, RIGHT YAAA WRONG is an intelligent drama, thriller and deserves a watch. If the on going IPL matches and examinations do not distract the audience, RIGHT YAAA WRONG will do good business. However, good publicity might have helped the film to get its deserving audience. RIGHT YAAA WRONG? Definitely is a right choice. Go for it and have a pleasant surprise.
