The movie Emotional Atyachar does not have any resemblances with the reality show of the same name. It' s also not a serious and emotional take on relationship. And it' s also not the continuation of the song of the same name or the sequel to Abhay Deol starrer ' Dev D' . Then what it is? Let' s find…

Remember Khosla ka Ghonsla? Yes, the same black that won accolades all over. Emotional Atyachar is also just like the movie is out and out black comedy film. It' s a film in which the characters keep trying out smarting others by double crossing each other.

The USP of the movie is unpredictability that keeps you guessing throughout. Good attempt indeed!

Let this put across first, while watching Emotional Atyachar, you need to be attentive, sorry too attentive to understand what is unfolding before you on the screen. A miss out and you lose out on narrations and links thus, decaying your attempt to engross the same later.

It' s also not a movie where you can come to the theater while leaving your brain takes a nap at home for sure.

Let' s take an overview of the main story according to Taran Adarsh, a noted film critic

"The Film Emotional Atyachar is set on a secluded highway between Mumbai and Goa and revolves around incidents that take place in one night to multiple travelers. The film starts with Hiten (Anand Tiwari) encountering a fatally wounded Vikram (Mohit Ahlawat). The story takes off from this point onwards."

It would be fatal for the film to reveal any more info pertaining to the main plot else the main stay of the same will be exposed. We live that for you to expose.

Talking of the performances, the movie belongs to Vinay Pathak and Ranvir Shorey. The due has created sparks on the screen when together and this one is no exception.

It' s a tailor made role for Ravi Kissen, who delivers the Tapori lingo perfectly well. Mohit Ahlawat is in tandem with what the script demands from him.

Kalki Koiechin is pretty and essays her role with utmost ease. We need to see more of the charming lass on the screen rather than just being the rumored girl friend of director Anurag Kashyap (Dev D, Black Friday & Gulaal Fame)

Abhimanyu Singh is just superb like his previous outing, Gulaal.

On the whole, the movie is set to appeal to a selected number of niche audiences. If you liked Johnny Gaddar, Aamir, Khosla ka Ghonsla, Gulaal, Dev D, then it' s the right time for you to catch this movie over the weekend. You are surely gonna love the lip smacking combination of comedy with a mischievous twists.

From the box-office point of view, the movie can only grow on the word of mouth. Other releases of the week We Are Family (Serious family affair) and Mallika (An oomph centric movie) will eat in to its business.

However, the movie won' t be able to sustain itself next week as Dabangg has been creating a lot of buzz around and its storm is sure to sweep of its feat. (Read, Box-Office).
